My daily supplements

I have carefully researched and slowly intergrated this into my regimen. Never have I felt better.
Because I am busy, my nutrition isn't always where I want it to be. Stress and complex ptsd take a toll on my system.
I am most impressed with the liver and olive leaf. The liver is great for energy and the olive leaf has kept me antibiotic free for six months. I used to be on antibiotics constantly due to severe sinus infections....
So, oil-pulling, brushing with Neem toothepaste, exercise plus my stash of herbs and superfoods like blue green algae, have made me feel pretty sparkly.
